Instructions for opening an investment account

  • 1. Client’s Investment Agreement with Masters Trade

    An investment agreement is signed between Masters Trade and the investor, whose funds will be managed by Masters Trade.

    Fill out the forms to proceed to signing the Investment Agreement.

    For the convenience of investors, the Investment Agreement will be signed electronically.

    The investor, when signing the Investment Agreement, needs to upload the following documents online:

    • ID confirmation. Passport or driver's license.
    • Address confirmation. Bank statement or utility bills for the last 6 months or other document showing your address.

    After checking the documents, Masters Trade will send a personal link to open an investment account.

  • 2. Opening an investment account

    After clicking on our link to the broker's website, the investor begins to register his account. The investor fills out an online questionnaire, indicating his personal data, which is needed to open a personal brokerage account for the investor with our broker.

    The investor in the online application forms his personal data in English. 

    The investor's data must be correct so that the broker can make account insurance for the investor and so that government regulators can identify the investor and, in cases of force majeure, return the money to the investor.

    The investor must be sure to familiarize himself with the agreements for opening and maintaining an account, which will be available in the process of filling out an application for opening an account.

      In the process of filling out the questionnaire, the investor needs to take a screenshot or write down on a piece of paper in order to remember his 3 answers to the selected 3 control questions, which will help the broker identify the client if the investor loses his password or when the investor makes global configurations on his brokerage account.

    Our company does not have access to the investor questionnaire on the broker's website, but we can always help the investor fill out the questionnaire when contacting us through the investor support service.

  • 3. Sending documents to the broker

    After completing the online application on the broker's website to open a brokerage account, the investor needs to send supporting documents to our broker.

    The investor uploads the documents in the Portal Client, after logging in with his username and password. Documents are accepted in pdf or other graphic format. Documents can be downloaded via a personal computer or online using a mobile phone.

     For individual traders, this is proof of identity (as a rule, it is a passport or driver's license) and confirmation of the address indicated when filling out the questionnaire forms (as a rule, this is a bank statement or payment of utilities for the last 6 months). For legal entities, the package of documents is larger - this is the identification of one or more owners of the company with confirmation of the identity, their addresses and registration data of the company itself.

    In some cases, the broker requires additional documents to identify the investor and we recommend that the investor provide these additional documents to obtain a full-fledged account.

    Our company does not accept documents from investors and does not have access to the documents of its clients. Documents are accepted and stored by our broker.

    An investor can always contact the investor support service of our company for help.

  • 4. Account replenishment

    After receiving the approval of the account from the broker, the investor replenishes his trading account so that our company can make transactions on the investor's account.

    To replenish the account, the investor needs to enter the Portal Client, select the Send money menu and create a form with his bank details. In the future, this form will be used by the investor by default, which is convenient for withdrawing and replenishing his account. An investor can request an invoice from the broker with his own details for his bank, as confirmation of payment and money transfer to the broker.

    The broker only accepts wire transfers and does not accept credit, debit cards or any electronic money.

    The broker does not accept money from third parties. Please note that the name on the bank account holder must be identical to the name of the broker account holder. If the names on the bank and brokerage accounts are different, then the broker will not get the money into the account, but will send it back and it will be returned to the client after a while.

    The investor sends money to his personal account opened with the broker and withdraws money from his personal account, which is kept with the broker.

    Our company does not accept, store or send back money to investors, and all the investor's money is kept in the investor's personal account with our broker and only the broker accepts, stores and sends money to the investor.

    When an investor requests to withdraw his money received from the profit or withdrawal of the body of the deposit, the money will be sent to the investor within 5 minutes and, as a rule, on the same day or at most the next day, it will be in the investor's bank account.

    The minimum amount for investing with our company is 10 thousand US dollars.
  • 5. Our account management

    After depositing funds to his personal account with a brokerage company, the investor transfers his account to the management of our company. The manager of our company contacts the investor to discuss working points, such as risks, profit sharing, investment goals, etc.

    If the investor already has an existing, previously opened account with our broker, then the investor can easily connect to our company and transfer funds under our management. The procedure for joining our account does not require withdrawal or transfer of funds, and all operations take place within the Client's Portal and take no more than 5 minutes of time.
